      i know you want the ideal body for the big date but ther realy is no safe healthy way the moast effective method though would be interval traning which is were you do as much of an exercise at a highest intensity you can for say a minuite then you have a 30 second break then you do a different excercise the same way do about 4 exercises then have a 2 minuite break dont worry moast people go over the 2 minuites just make shure you re back in 4-5 minuites otherwise you have to strech and warm u again and then do the whole thing over again this should al be done in 20 minuits including the warm up and streches which should be done for atleast 2 minuits first and mabe a minuite in the interval and a 2 minuite cool down or you will be realy realy achy the next day mike chang does home workout videos which are verry efffective

Because when you eat your body will take all the energy from the food instead of from the fat already in your body, remember to eat before exercising and only eat about 2-3 after exercising, drink only water, and don't eat 2-3 before sleeping, also remember the 10 hour trick, eat all you want the first 10 hours since you woke up but after that don't eat anything. For example since your still in school you may wake up around 6 am.. eat all you want between 6 am and 3 pm but after 3 pm don't eat anything because your body breaks down foods and burns fat best the first 10 hours. Try an exercises ball its great works very well just buy one for cheap around , 20, 30 dollars and just look online for free exercise ball workouts lots of them instead of paying for dvds.

      You should look into doing a body wrap. you can get it done at a massage parlor or you can buy a kit and do it your self. If you research it enough, you may be able to build your own kit and do it cheaper. It does work. People in the military do it all the time to drop some inches off their waist before they have a PT test.
