Does hemorrhoid cream really work to reduce inches on waist or cellulite?
Alright so I want to lose some inches off my waist and I wanted to know if this really works. Alright so if it does work is it ok for me to use it cuz I'm 13 and I don't want it to be really harmful. And please don't say u should lose it the natural way cuz I need this way to work. Please and thnk u! And if so where do I get the cream?
Not inches, better for smaller areas like bags under the eye.
what causes chronic constipation?
I have been having symptoms for ages but it got a lot worse recently. should i be concerned or go to the doctor that:
even though i have been eating normally and eat lots of vegetables and healthy food i
-have lost about 10 pounds (i haven't really changed much so there isn't an obvious reason why i would )
-have a stomach that becomes more and more swollen as i eat or as the day goes on, even after small amounts of food. only the bottom becomes bloated and swollen though, and sticks out really far, at least 3 to 4 inches more than usual. i do have a bit of fat on my stomach but not this much fat. and it becomes flatter again in the morning. I think the part that is most swollen is where my intestines are
-even though i eat a healthy amount of food and don't skip meals or anything, i have only been having bowel movements once a week--twice a week (about 5 days apart maybe) at most. but even when i do only a very small amount comes out and i don't know where the rest goes because i haven't gained any weight, and lost some even
-when i do have bowel movements they feel hard sometimes and it is hard to pass them. it makes my abdomen, middle stomach hurt too. and sometimes there will be a tiny amount of what looks like pinkish blood (DEFINITELY not period blood or spotting) but there won't be blood every time
-now i've been having slight nausea and stomach pain (not sharp pain, just an uncomfortable "rumbly" pain--i don't know how else to describe it) throughout the day that comes and goes
-i've been also recently feeling very fatigued, but i am not sure this is related. i do feel somewhat sluggish and lethargic after eating though, even if i didn't overeat.
do i need to be concerned and go see the doctor? I eat very healthily for the most part so i don't think its diet...
Wheat germ and wheat bran are very high fiber foods that often help for constipation.
Constipation can cause anal fissures, hemorrhoids and also some far more serious problems as in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22rectal+bleeding%22&fr=ush-ans
You probably need to improve your diet as you seem to have a constipation problem.
For constipation, castor oil is very good for a one-off remedy as in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22castor+oil+for+constipation%22&fr=ush-ans but it is unsuitable for regular use.
For constipation, suppositories, laxatives, fiber supplements and enemas are all totally unnecessary if you eat the right foods.
All fruit and vegetables in very large amounts are laxative.
You need to permanently change your diet or you are likely to get colon cancer.
Constipation can make you extremely unwell and can lead to colon cancer as it causes a build up of carcinogenic toxins in the system.
The intake of foods such as milk, cheese, white rice, white flour and red meat should be restricted, because they tend to contribute to constipation.
Any food that has had the fiber stripped out, the nutrients processed out or slows down the digestion is a constipation culprit. Here's a list of foods shown to cause constipation problems:
•Meats, especially fatty meats, red meat and processed meats,
•Dairy Products, such as cheese, ice cream and whole milk,
•Fast Foods – burgers, French fries and other fried foods, pizza, etc.,
•Refined grains, like white rice or any refined white flour products,
•Highly starchy foods – white potatoes, corn and all refined grains,
•Pastries and other high sugar products, such as cakes, cookies and pies,
•Deep-fried foods, chips and other foods that are high in bad fats.
You can see lots more in http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=%22natural+ways+to+relieve+constipation%22&fr=ush-ans which tells you "Natural Ways to Relieve Constipation" and the right foods to eat.
Does the Preparation H thing really work to lose an inch or so even just for a day?
preparation H (hemorrhoid cream), rub it on your belly and lower back (use alot don't be shy), then wrap your belly with plastic wrap (saran wrap), really really tight, go to bed, wake up take off the wrap and it should have shrunk you a little bit. I got MEPS friday and im at the 26% BFP but i want to know if i do this it will hide an inch or so so i wont be as worried. thanks
I'm not a pharmacist or a doctor, but this sounds very very very dumb. Diet and exercise, simple as that.

Go buy some hemorrhoid cream and saran wrap. Also using a sauna belt when you work out will help.
Now take the cream and rub it all over where they will be tapping you. Take the saran wrap and completely wrap the area you just put the cream on. Now if you are going to meps to get taped I would do it at the hotel before you go to sleep. When you wake up wash it all off and you should lose close to an inch.
I had the same problem as you. I was borderline and I did this to make sure I was safe.
