  1. How do you get rid of stretch marks?
    Right, im 17 years old.. and i have a load of stretch marks.
    I know where they have come from. some of My stomach ones were from when I was pregnant. The rest of my stomach ones, my breast, my upper arms, my hips, and my thighs are from when i was fat. I lost 6 stone in a year luckily, due to shitty diet that no one should EVER do.

    Basically, I want to know how I can get rid of these hideous things.

    Anyone know how to?

  2. How do you slim down calf muscle or the rest of your body without making your calves bulky?
    I am a 17-year-old girl and weigh 126 lbs. I have fairly large calves due to running and walking, I really wish I could slim them down; at least the fat! I am not very skinny, but not overweight either. Just want to exercise without bulking-up my calves! They’re horrible as it is. What can I do? I understand that I can’t do anything about the muscle, but I want to see if I can get rid of the fat. I know I need to exercise in order to do that, but what type of exercises should I do that, like I said, will not make my calves bigger?

  3. How can I get my messed up stomach flat again?
    My situation is a little different than other posts I’ve read. I didn’t have a C-section, but I did have surgery on my lower stomach.

    I’m 5’8″ & VERY long and lanky. I have extra long arms and legs. I look thin enough. If I lose any more weight, I’ll look like I have an eating disorder. The problem is my stomach. During my last pregnancy which ended 2 years ago, I had emergency exploratory surgery on my stomach as I was bleeding internally. The bottom of my stomach is now marked with a very long thick scar, which I don’t mind so much. Above the scar, is a disgusting lumpy loose pouch of fat that I can’t seem to get rid of doing abdominal exercises or eating healthy. As I said, I don’t want to lose any more weight or my bones will be poking through my skin. It’s almost like my stomach skin has detached from the muscle. It hangs over my pants – gross. I read it’s called a “mothers apron” but being thin with this thing is awful looking! I worked so hard to lose my pregnancy weight and get fit, just to have this “battle of the bulge”. Maybe my body needs even more time to recover from the surgery? I’m not sure, but I do know that the layer of fat and skin isn’t connected to my abdominal muscles. What can I do about this? Should I invest in one of those belly wraps? Should I just lose more weight even though I’ll look too thin then? What can I do to reconnect my ab muscles (I do have them as I work out my stomach A LOT, they’re just hidden under the fat) to my stomach skin? Is this a matter of time? I’ll never be able to afford a tummy tuck and I HATE that even though the rest of my body is fit I have to hide my stomach, especially in the summer when I just want to wear a bikini again.

    I understand my stomach will never look how it did before, and I’m fine with that. Stretchmarks and all. I just hate the fatty tissue that bulges out over the surgery scar. I don’t see why I can’t have a flat stomach even if it is warped. Are there specific ab exercises that will help my stomach reconnect?

    Please help… it’s very frustrating and honestly pretty depressing.

  4. How do I get rid of arm fat in one week?
    I’m at a normal weight, but my upper arms are a little bigger than I’d like them to be. I just now noticed how prominent they are and I’m going to prom in a week!!! I need to somehow shrink them.
    Note: It’s not armpit fat. It is the actual arm fat.
    What exercises can I do to get rid of some of it in one week?

  5. What is the best home body wrap?
    I have lost 65 pounds and now my weight is at 155 and its alright for my height but I have some extra skin left its not bad but noticeable and want it gone. So I’ve heard of body wraps can help me in this situation but what I want to know which is the best kind of home made body wraps that can be made to tighten up skin on inner thighs, lower belly, and arms and if sudatonic body wraps at a spa is also good if I have no way of a really good homemade wrap.   6. why does skin areas where the skins been torn off itch so much?
    I was doing my normal running exercises and my pants were a bit torn and wrapped around my foot and tripped me and as i fell i slid for a bit and tore some skin on my leg hand, arm and knee but my right arm got a lot of skin torn off and itches vary often so i was just wondering why does this happen?

    • a combination of things will make it itch. scabbing/tightening of the skin/pulling. regrowth of hair and also new cells growing and repairing the damage to the skin and nerves at the ends of the hair follicles.

      keep the area moister by cleaning gently daily with soap and water. rinse well and pat dry. immediately apply a topical ointment and that will keep the area from becoming to dry and tight and increase the healing processes. keep it covered with gauze and tape instead of rubbing against clothing. all of those things will reduce the itching.

  7. How do I get rid of cellulite on my arms?
    I’m not fat, my arms are not fat, but I have cellulite on them. I’ve tried creams and massaging them, but now I ran out of ideas what to do.

    • Products containing seaweed and caffeine are the most effective but expensive.
      What these products do is temporarily swell the skin taing away the lumpy bumps.
      You can do theis treatment at home. Jest take some warm coffee grounds and rub them into your cellulite prone areas. Then cover the area with seaweed. If you cant afford seaweed use plastic wrap.
      Let it sit for about ten mins.
      or.
      Use face firming masks to tighten your arms. simply apply the mask to the back of your arms and let it dry. Then rinse off.
      These treatments have been used forever by models and pageant contestants.
