  2. Best cream or natural remedy to decrease the look of cellulite?
I know you can never get rid of cellulite but I at least want to make mine less noticeable. What are some good creams I can buy at a drugstore or natural home remedies I can use. I am not going to get surgery or see a doctor about it because I am not overweight.

  3. What is the best cellulite remover that you have tried that works?
I have cellulite on my buns and thighs and want something to remove it.Has anyone ever tried Apple Cider Vinegar I was told that might work.

    • I don’t know about apple cider but I can give you ways on how to get rid of cellulite even if you’re at home. You can do massage, skin brushing, practice good eating habits, or you can try a natural home hydrotherapy. This type of natural remedy requires soaking yourself in a warm bath with anti-cellulite aroma therapy oil for at least 5 minutes. While you are in a tub you can massage your feet, ankles, thighs, and hips using the water in the tub with an upward motion.

  4. How to get rid of my cellulite?
I have cellulite on my bum and the tops of my legs as well. It started about a year ago and got worse then has stayed pretty much the same ever since. What confuses me is that I am a size 8 5′ 11″ healthy 18 year old! I don’t work out as much as I’d like to but I still do resistance training. Has anyone got any tips on how I can get rid of the horrible stuff or am I stuck with it now?

  7. Will pure vitamin E oil help with cellulite on the back of my legs and butt?
I am not fat by all means but I am a little heavy (not overweight) but no matter what I do I have horrible cellulite. Even when I was just skin and bones it was still horrible. I am humiliated to wear shorts and the thought of a bathingsuit makes me cringe.

  8. How do I get rid of cellulite on my arms?
I have cellulite on my upper arms and I want to get rid of it quickly because i have a modelling course coming up in two weeks. Any tips on how to get rid of it quickly? Currently I do swimming training and go to the gym. Any dietary tips will be appreaciated also.

  9. How to loose cellulite on back of thighs and bum?
Are there any tips that anyone has to loose cellulite on the back of my thighs and bum? I’m going on holiday in July and would really like to reduce the look of it.

Any suggestions will be helpful, thankyou :)

    • Hi there! I have issues with cellulite in those areas and recently read “The Cellulite Solution” by Dr. Murad….it was a quick and easy read and made so much sense. He says that mainly through a healthy mediterranean-type diet and supplementing, you can dramatically reduce your cellulite.

He gives additional tips such as dry-brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system, exercise, and other massage/wrap methods you can use to speed the process up, but the key is to make sure you are taking in the nutrients your body needs to rebuild the weakened tissue where your cellulite resides! :)
A couple off supplements off the top of my head:
      Lecithin or GLA
      Omega 3 / Fish Oil
CLA (awesome results with that one!)
Hylauranic Acid (sp?) (better than glucosamine)
      Grape Seed Extract
      Alpha Lipoic Acid
Horse Chestnut for veins and circulation
a good multi-vitamin with plenty of nutrients geared towards women to cover all your bases

I also drink tons of green tea and lots of water, and dry-brush once a day before showering. I have been supplementing for just under 2 weeks and am already starting to see a difference!!!!

Good luck and hope this helps :)

  10. How can you get rid of cellulite or stretch marks naturally or with common household items?
By the way, is there any difference between cellulite and stretch marks?

    • cellulite is under the skin: stretch marks are on the skin :: you can massage olive: coconut & almond oils into your stretch marks to help even out the skin tone :: cellulite i’ve heard can be reduced with rubbing coffee grounds into your skin which helps draw out toxins that cause it

  11. What is the easiest way to lose cellulite from the back of your thighs in a timely manner?
I am going to be a counselor at a summer camp in about 2 weeks and i have some cellulite on the back of my thighs that i would love to tone down a little bit before camp starts. I am not what you call a big girl, pretty much just average but, i cant seem to fix that unsightly area. Any ideas? Any would be appreciated :P

  12. Most effective ways to reduce the look of cellulite?
I am looking for the most effective ways to reduce my cellulite. I’m young (18) and I’m not overweight (I am 5’3 and weight 125) but I still have cellulite on my thighs. They look lumpy and it makes me very uncomfortable in a swim suit. Anyone have any luck reducing theirs?

    • I’ll tell you what I told this other girl who brought up the same question, use cellulean! My mom used this after using palmers oil and I’ll tell you that her cellulite and stretch marks disappeared in a matter of 5 weeks, and she had it pretty bad (sorry mom!) She said she started noticing results in 3 days and I sawy that most of it was gone in 3 months. She actually got a free trial for a couple of weeks from this site http://myhealthsolutions.info by clicking on some ad. So basically she removed some of her cellulite for free by just applying a cream! All I know is the stuff works good and my mom is much more confident then she ever was.

  13. What is the best product to use on cellulite?
I have bad cellulite on different places of my body. I was wondering what is the best thing to use on it? i know that cellulite is a skin issue and not really a fat issue cause i have seen plenty of people that have it that aren’t even fat and ive seen plenty of fat people that don’t have it at all. Im going to buy some product today so tell me where i can get it

    • The best way to get rid of cellulite is with diet and exercise. Since cellulite is the appearance of fat cells beneath the skin, you want to focus on eating foods that do not lead to quick weight gain. These foods include lean meats, fruits, veggies, whole grains and healthy oils.

Exercise helps reduce cellulite by toning the muscles beneath the fat cells. This gives the fat cells a smooth place to rest upon.

If you want to try a cellulite product, there are two I recommend: Nivea’s Goodbye Cellulite (not too exxpensive) and Bliss Fat Girl Slim (more expensive).

  14. What is the best way to get rid of cellulite?
Is there an exercise tecnique that I can add to my daily workouts to target the cellulite on my thighs?
Or is there any cremes or lotions that help?
My thighs just need to be shaped up in general – so what exercises will target that area?
