    Im 15, 5’8″, 175 pounds, im overweight and most of my weight is centered around my stomach,..and thighs, and i hate being ft. ive alredy lost over 70 pounds, but i still need to ge down to 120, help me please….i whant to loose as much as possible in 2 weeks when i go to my new school.

    • People who play sports sometimes wrap them selves in plastic wrap to lose weight fast. it makes you sweet a lot.

    I am currently 13 years old.
    I want to get rid of Belly fat and my big thighs.
    I’m not huge (I only weigh 180lb) but thats a little over weight for a girl my age. I

    • Apply pepper oil around your belly & waist, then wrap it around with those plastic wraps. Wait till it gets hot & sweaty then u will lose dat fat.

  4. is wrapping a plastic bag around my stomach during workout going to help me loose my belly fat faster?
    I’ve been wrapping something like a plastic around my stomach during my workout to help my stomach sweat more. I wanted to know if it’s gonna help me loose my belly fat faster or not? thank you.

    • ** Not really, I tried in the summer when it was really hot out and it did nothing… but losing weight help shrink it. You should try drinking 8 to 16 ounces of water before each meal, this will fill you up and you will eat less, resulting in less calories at every meal. Weight loss pills are not very safe, at least water is safe. I know it may be hard at first to drink water, but you can add more and more everyday until it becomes easier, ( you will get used to it. I lost 50 pounds in three years and kept them off , I also walk for 20 minutes at least 5 times a week. Patience is needed,, if you want quick, this is not it, better to lose slowly than too fast (not healthy for your body) Well good luck too you, hope this helps.

      P.S. I also think that the younger you are the faster you will lose weight, 50 years and up will take longer.

  5. What is the best way to flatten your belly without hour long workouts??
    I don’t have the time for a long workout but i wanna get rid of the belly fat before my summer vacation. What should i do!

    • try this,,my wife and a friend of hers do this and they lose the belly area quick—but u need to walk or jog,,,take plastic food wrap,,wrap around ur belly,,about 2 to 3 x”s…not tight,,let ur blood flow…then walk for about an hour 3x’s a week..
      When u take the plastic wrap off,,,sweat will boil out of ur skin,,do this 3 x s,,then weigh ur self,,my wife pants are not tight on her stomach and they fit loose now.Good luck
      and drink plenty of water

  6. What are the best exercises I can do to lose belly and back fat?
    I have never really had much fat around my torso area, but all of a sudden I have gotten a bit of ‘back fat’ around my hips, and my belly has gotten bigger.
    it makes me super self conscious in dresses.. so please help me with some exercises!?

    • Everyone is different!
      This is what (always) works for me.

      1.Drinking plenty of natural tea. Hot. And especially before dinners and in the morning before anything else.

      2.Eating less. Nobody forces you not to eat but whatever you eat eat it less!

      3.If hunger takes over it’s always alot better to grab some veggie or fruit. No banana please!

      4. Exercise! Blah, I know! But you need to! If you are like me you would probably like some belly dance. I donno belly dance but I like the idea of learning. Bellydance (as well asplenty other forms of dancing especially sexy dancing!) really sculpts you into a feminine shape. I emphasize on this sort because this is AIMED at exactly that problem area: BELLY, hips, lower back, obviously waist too.

      Here are some vids to get you into action!

      Or if you prefer something other than bellydance here is sth else:

      5.Use a cream that has a tightening, anti cellulite effect. My personal favourites are Collistar and Shiseido brands. Massage, massage, massage! Don’t be lazy.

      6.After applying the cream wrap yourself with a plastic film you know the type you get in the supermarket for food. Thats right! Don’t worry it will stay put tight and you can wear it all night for a nice morning wake up!

    Okay so i need to loose weight fast because im 15 and am 5’5 -5’6 and weight about 155 i dont look it but its not normal. i hate my body and i wanna lose my extra belly fat and my chub rub & i abousaluty hate excrizing so what should i dooo??? pleasee help me should i do diet pills or what? i even tryed wrapping plastic around me so i would lose weight i need hep !!! so please.

    • go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
      after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on

    • Nope. You won’t. If you really want to lose that belly fat, try crunches. And don’t eat after 6PM. :)
