  1. How can I get rid of my belly fat completly?
    I have lost all the weight I wanted after my pregnancy, so I am now in 117 pounds roughly. I eat healthy, but I don’t deprive myself of good food. I am a runner and I also do cross training pretty often, but I haven’t been able to get rid of my belly fat completely. I do not know what else to do to lose the fat in my stomach area. So, is this really possible? Does some body have any advice please?

    • Yes it is really possible. Sounds like you’re doing the right things.

      In addition to your physical activity you should consider doing a belly wrap (you can it do at home takes less than an hour) and regularly wearing a special girdle made specifically for after having a baby (post partum girdle), this will help you tremendously.

      The belly wrap is important because you use a special lotion to literally massage the stomach (think of it as rubbing the fat away). The girdle repositions and redistributes. You didn’t mention how long its been since you had your baby if its been awhile a compression garment like the Body Magic might be more appropriate for you.

    im 13 and i haven’t hit puberty yet….so i still have some fat around my belly.
    i get a good amount of exercise, but i need a diet that will just slim me down a bit so i wont always have to have a towel wrapped around my stomach in the summer instead of showing off my bikini.

  3. What exercises help to reduce belly fat?
    I am 5’10″ and i weigh around 155 pounds. I want to lose around 5 or 10 pounds, but my legs are already really skinny. All my fat accumulates around my stomach, no where else, and I’d love to have some exercise plans that focus to tone up the midsection, but I have no exercise equipment and I don’t have anywhere to jog or run.

    So what are good exercises to do to tone up the tummy?

    • Spot reduction is a myth.

      The only way to reduce belly fat is to reduce total body fat.

      And the only way to reduce body fat is a reduced calorie diet. Add 40minute cardio sessions to increase the caloric deficit.

      Look up a calorie requirement calculator. You enter sex, weight, height, age and activity level and it gives you an idea of how many calories you need a day to maintain, gain or lose weight.

      Despite the no carb myth, you can actually eat nothing but Twinkies and Snickers and still lose weight as long as you stay under your daily calorie loss number (look it up, some college professor did it recently and it made front page on Yahoo like it was magic, when it’s simply: calories in < calories out).

      Of course you’ll feel much better if you eat a healthy low cal diet- lean meats like chicken, turkey and fish, egg whites, natural yogurt (it’s sour) and cottage cheese, a fruit or veggie at each meal/snack, healthy fats like almonds and walnuts, and healthy carbs like steel cut oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes and limited amounts of low-cal/low-carb breads/wraps/tortillas.

  4. What is the best way to flatten your belly without hour long workouts??
    I don’t have the time for a long workout but i wanna get rid of the belly fat before my summer vacation. What should i do!

    • try this,,my wife and a friend of hers do this and they lose the belly area quick—but u need to walk or jog,,,take plastic food wrap,,wrap around ur belly,,about 2 to 3 x”s…not tight,,let ur blood flow…then walk for about an hour 3x’s a week..
      When u take the plastic wrap off,,,sweat will boil out of ur skin,,do this 3 x s,,then weigh ur self,,my wife pants are not tight on her stomach and they fit loose now.Good luck

    • Eating clean is the ultimate way to lose that stubborn belly fat. Exercise moderately and eat similar to this eating plan:
      You are not that over weight: Here is how you do it!

      Diet is equally as important: 4-5 meals per day
      3 meals with 300-400 Cals 2 100 cal snacks

      Meal 1: Protein, Fat, Complex carbs
      Choose one: Protein
      Low fat- Greek plain yogurt- 1 serving 22 g pro
      Low-fat Cottage cheese- 1 serving- 15 g pro
      1 egg, 3 egg whites with turkey
      Choose One: Fiber/ Complex Car
      Whole grain bread- 1 slice with 1 tbs. almond butter
      1/2 cup oatmeal with blue berries/ honey/ Splenda

      Meal 2 Snack: choose 1-2
      Protein Bar: 20 grams of protein/ >10 carbs >8 g fat

      Mozz. Cheese Stick
      Bable Cheese
      Small yogurt
      Cottage cheese (1 serving)
      Fruit
      Nuts (1 handful)

      Meal 3: Lunch (Pro. Fat. Complex Carbs)
      Choose 1:
      Grilled/ Broiled chicken salad with veg, cheese, eggs, oil and vinegar dressing
      Hamburger patty wrapped in lettuce with tomato, pickle, mustard, ketchup, salad with oil and vinegar
      Turkey wrap, with lettuce tomato, mustard, and one slice cheese
      Scramble with eggs and veg and cheese (1 egg, 2-3 egg whites)

      Meal 4:
      Protein Bar: 20 grams of protein/ >10 carbs >8 g fat
      (Think Thin)
      Mozz. Cheese Stick
      Bable Cheese
      Small yogurt
      Cottage cheese (1 serving)
      Fruit
      Nuts (1 handful)

      Meal 5: Dinner Fat, Pro. Complex Carbs
      Make this meal lighter than 1 and 3
      Same as lunch, proteins, complex crabs from salad. veg and lean fats.

      AVOID: White sugar, White carbs! you don’t need them!!!

      do this for 2 weeks
      you want to get serious about losing weight? boom here it is, but mentally prepare yourself the first week is hard but it gets easier i promise

      8am – 6 egg whites, 2 yokes and 1 fruit

      10:30am – 2 scoops of protein in 16 oz of water and 1 fat

      1pm – 6-8 oz. of red meat 2 cups of green vegetable)

      3:30pm – 2 scoops of protein in 16 oz of water and 1 fat

      6pm – 6-8oz. of red meat OR turkey breast, chicken, or fish and 2 cups of green vegetable

      8:30pm – Some kind of lean protein again (Chicken, turkey breast, tuna, egg whites, or another protein shake. No red meat.) Also another serving of good fats. If you want to add a 7th meal in 2.5 hours you can have another protein shake.

      and when i say fat, i mean add a good fat, like “flax oil”, almonds, almond butter, or fish oil. does not mean ice cream, i PROMISE you that this works, ive spent years of trial and error if you want more detail just ask, please notice that i am not trying to sell you anything or defering you to some bullshit website to buy pills or products like half of the answers out there, spammers.

    • ** Not really, I tried in the summer when it was really hot out and it did nothing… but losing weight help shrink it. You should try drinking 8 to 16 ounces of water before each meal, this will fill you up and you will eat less, resulting in less calories at every meal. Weight loss pills are not very safe, at least water is safe. I know it may be hard at first to drink water, but you can add more and more everyday until it becomes easier, ( you will get used to it. I lost 50 pounds in three years and kept them off , I also walk for 20 minutes at least 5 times a week. Patience is needed,, if you want quick, this is not it, better to lose slowly than too fast (not healthy for your body) Well good luck too you, hope this helps.

      P.S. I also think that the younger you are the faster you will lose weight, 50 years and up will take longer.

  10. What is a good sport to lose weight?
    I plan to play tennis as a sport but I feel like soccer or football is more effective to lose weight. Since I am in middle school, I plan not to take diet pills or anything, just play a sport. Can somebody please tell me what sport is good to lose weight?

    • Nothing takes the weight off like running and swimming. Any sport that involves a lot of cardio will do it.

      Ever notice how slim and trim professional swimmers and soccer players are? Notice how beautiful the legs of bicyclers and soccer players are and how flat their stomachs are as well? Well there’s a reason for that.

      Swimming is especially good because it uses every muscle in your body at once. It’s also why swimming isn’t for wimps. It’s quite exhausting if you’re not used to it. Unlike weight lifting, and other sports, there are no rests with swimming. So it burns that fat off like a V12 engine burns fuel

      I do cardio at the gym 3 times a week and I lift weights almost every day. Altough I’ve never had a weight problem, people have noticed the difference in my physique. They say it’s more muscular and tight and looks athletic now, whereas before it just hung there like a pair of drapes.

      But diet is a big part of it. Don’t expect to be able to eat junk and still get and MAINTAIN that body you want. People don’t want to hear that, but it’s true.

      The important thing is to get out there and do something physical regularly. At my gym I see people that just run or just play basketball or just swim. That’s fine. It’s the DISGUSTING fatties that only go into the sauna and steam room (and there are lot of those at every gym) and wear their sweat suits and belly wraps that will never see a change.

  11. What do you have for lunch whe trying to lose weight?
    and would you eat a 180 calorie whole wheat wrap with turkey breasts for lunch? or is it not good to have everyday for lunch everyday when trying to lose weight?
