What charity can help me with my Gynecomastia or self image problem?
I have Gynecomastia, it is a condition of large female like breasts on a male body. This is not caused by excessive weight in my case as I weight 165 lbs and am 6 ft tall..the weight problem one is callsed Psudo-Gynecomastia because it isn’t really gynecomastia. I was wondering who I can get help from to have surgery or help my self image. I don’t get involved in social activity or have a job because I used to be teased in school all the time which caused me to go into hiding for years. I am 24 now still living at home and can’t find anyone to help me, I don’t know what to do. I tried to force myself to get over it but I can’t, I did wear an ace bandage to compress them flat and that gave me a large confidence boost but those are so uncomfortable to wrap around me. I just wish to look like a normal male, any ideas?
I Know certain conditions or drug use can cause this, I have never taken drugs and I am not sure if I have a bad liver or hyper thyroid but this is what I am wondering, what charity can help me as I do not have money.
I have researched the condition for several years, I know plastic surgery can solve it but thats like $5000 or so which I do not have, I’ve tried talking to charities before they just ignore me. I wrote to Oprah and she ignored me, I wrote to dr phil and he ignored me, I have no insurance this is why I am seeking charity help. Sorry I did not make this clear before =
maybe u take certain drug which causing this problem…from what i know some drug can give this condition your having…u should check your hormones level for testosterone and estrogen with doctor…
What does it feel like to have a body cast?
What does it feel like to have a body cast? And is there any way i could get a body cast for fun?
Can i still become a ballerina with large breast and a big butt?
I African-American, have a natural apple butt, and because of my genetics, I just went up to a 32DD size bra. I’ve wanted to do ballet since I was 8 (i’m 18 now) and I plan on taking class while in college. I want to get better at Pointe work and dance in movies, but i’m afraid with my “dis-proportioned body”, I won’t be able to. Can I still do it? Even though my butt makes doing arabesques REALLY hard? And I have to wrap at least 3 ace-bandages around my chest to keep them from bouncing?
Also, I’ve been dancing since I could walk. My style is Hip-Hop and i’ve been taking ballet all four years of high school.
Sounds like you are making excuses.
How to make a homemade BODY WRAP that works?
I’ve heard something about ace bandages and soaking them in some sort of mineral solution.. Does anyone know what that solution would consist of? I’d like to wrap up just a few parts of my body that I would like to slim down for a function that I will be going to in a few days, so I know that it is only temporary, but it would help! Only serious respondents, please.
Sample of essential oils
Lavender, sage, lemon, sandlewood, lemongrass, rosemary, grapefruit, olive oil
Sample of herbs
Alfalfa leaf powder, ground basil, chamomile flower powder, rose petal powder, rosehip powder
Clay Body Wrap Recipe
1 cup bentonite or green clay
1/4 cup sea salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cups water
Boil water and add sea salt until it is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Adjust the water if necessary to form a wet paste.
Rub the mixture over your entire body and cover yourself with thin towels or a clean white sheet. Most salons will recommend that you use proper wrapping sheets as the compaction helps to squeeze the tissues together for greater results.
Lay in the tub for a minimum of 45 min. to one hour.
How do I make an herbal body wrap to lose inches?
I would like to make my own body wrap to lose inches. What herbs do I need to buy to make the herbal wrap and any good/cheap places to buy them? I know I need to wrap with ace bandages and a thermal wrap over the top.
I know most people believe it is just water loss, but I’ve heard several say the inches stay off for weeks, not hours. Even if it is water loss, I still want to try this.
Wraps don’t work. They are only temporary, it’s water weight that will come back.
I tripped and fell and hit the top and side of my foot four days ago. I have under skin blueness and swelling?
I can put my weight on my foot, but have pain on top of foot occasionally. should I try Ace bandage and heat soaks now to diminish the swelling and blueness.
No, avoid the wrap. Don’t put pressure on it. Let your body absorb the bruise naturally. The blueness is caused from a ruptured blood vessel. If you put a pressure wrap or heat on it,the blood clot might break loos. It can travel to your heart or brain and cause a stroke or heart attack, or go to your lungs and cause a life-threatening blood clot there. Best to put a cold pack on it for a short while if it hurts, but use something gentle like a package of frozen peas, wrapped in a terry towel. The pain and bruising will go away after a week or two. Try to avoid wearing a shoe that presses on that area. You could have bruised a tendon also. That will make it hurt when you touch it but not when you walk. (Yeah, I dropped a heavy box on the top of my foot so I know how you feel.)
Target water weight loss on the abdomen?
I know that targeting weight loss and spot reduction aren’t possible, but I’ve been trying to lose the last bit of water weight in my thighs, stomach and love handles. I’ve stayed on a pretty consistent diet over the past month and every area has toned down except for my midsection.
When I do cardio, is there a way I can make my mid section sweat more to eliminate more water weight? I drink plenty of water each day, so I am making sure the excess salt is removed from my body. Is there something, like wrapping ACE bandages around my body that’ll help me sweat more from that area?
wrap yourself in saran wrap, it’s cheap and it will work just fine. ace bandages allow too much air circulation
How can you tell if you have bruised ribs or broken ones?
Also how do you treat bruised ribs and how do you treat broken ribs? Do you need to get a body cast or will it heal on its own?
I only know this because I have older brothers who play hockey. The only way you can tell the difference is unfortunately an x-ray. Nevertheless, both bruised AND broken ribs are treated the same way – wrap with an ACE bandage, restrict activity, and take Motrin or Tylenol 3 (if your Dr. will write for one). Ribs will heal on their own. Good luck.

What should you do if you break all your toes except for your big toe?

What is the slimming body wrap clay recipe?
I have gotten a body wrap done and they use clay and then a ace bandage type thing. I’m looking for the recipe so I can just do it myself. Thanks!
hmm I don’t know about a clay one, but I use a seaweed one on my clients. you usually just buy a powder and then mix it with water
you need a professional license (esthetician, cosmetologist, etc.) to get a lot of the products but you can buy some on massage supply websites like http://www.massagewarehouse.com or http://www.massageking.com/
